Hastelloy wire mesh is another nickel-based alloy wire mesh except for the monel wire mesh and nichrome wire mesh. The hastelloy is the alloy of nickel, molybdenum and chromium. According to the different chemical composition of material, the hastelloy can be divided into Hastelloy B-2, Hastelloy B-3, Hastelloy C22, Hastelloy C276 and Hastelloy X. Hastelloy is high-temperature resistant material , because it has excellent high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and the influence of welds Zone corrosion resistance, good long-term thermal stability and processability, is used in harsh industrial environments such as agricultural chemicals, nuclear facilities, biopharmaceuticals. It has excellent corrosion resistance, uniform corrosion resistance and intergranular corrosion resistance in the medium of wet oxygen, sulfurous acid, acetic acid, formic acid and strong oxidizing salts. Electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity are much lower than low carbon steel, while resistivity and expansion rate are much higher than low carbon steel, poor melt flow, poor wettability, low penetration, and shallow penetration

Hastelloy B-2 wire mesh features:
1.Superior resistance to a wide range of organic acides, as well as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid and aluminum chloride.
2.Resists stress-corrosion cracking
3.It can function in temperatures ranging from ambient to 1500° F
Hastelloy B-3 wire mesh features:
1.The Hastelloy B-3 is more stable and has high corrosion and stress cracking resistance than B-2
2.Exhibits excellent corrosion resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures
3.It is also resistant to sulfuric, acetic, formic, and phosphoric acid, as well as non oxidizing, pitting and stress cracking corrosion.
Hastelloy C-22 wire mesh features:
1.Resistant to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking
2.Outstanding resistance to both reducing and oxidizing media
3.Exceptional resistance to a wide variety of chemical process environments including strong oxidizers such as ferric acids, acetic anhydride, and seawater and brine solutions
4.Resists the formation of grain-boundary precipitates in the weld heat-affected zone
5.Excellent weldability
Hastelloy C-276 wire mesh features:
1.Prevent corrosion in chloride and fluoride media;
2.Excellent resistance to chloride and stress corrosion cracking;
3.Resistant to high temperature;
4.Great strength and toughness;
5.High resistivity and expansion rate.
6.Chemical stability.
Hastelloy X wire mesh features:
1.Suitable strength, oxidation resistance and welding properties at temperatures about 2200oF.
2.It is specifically fit for use in reducing and neutral conditions providing sustained ductility at the high temperatures.
3.It controls stress corrosion cracking in the petrochemical applications and is used in gas turbine engine combustors, heat processing devices, flame holders, furnace components, aircraft and marine engineering.
